Iced and ready to go to the venue. I chose to pipe them with Buttercream icing I transported them on 'stable tables' (thanks to the idea from a friend) which kept them really still and they barely moved.
A week ago I made all the cupcakes - Vanilla, Strawberry and Double Chocolate - I froze them.
On the day I used one batch as my 'trial' to become confident with both making the Buttercream frosting and with using the piping bag. I sprinkled them with two different products from Spotlight.
